The apartment is located in a historic
townhouse in Jersey City, NJ.

The proposed project is respectful of the existing façade, with a skin that disappears into the sky for the new expansion. The living area is located at the brighter top level to maximize the use of the existing deck. The double height space at the entrance creates an interior garden that brings in light to the family shared space in the more intimate part of the apartment.
